The PrepX ILM DNA Library Kit series provides rapid and complete walk-away automation of DNA library preparation for all Illumina sequencers from as little as 10 ng of genomic DNA. With 15 to 20 minutes of hands-on time and 71 minutes of run time, the PrepX ILM DNA Library Kit gives you the flexibility to generate 1 to 8 DNA libraries on the Apollo 324 System. For higher throughput, use the PrepX ILM 32i DNA Library Kit to prepare 4 to 32 libraries with 30 minutes of hands-on time, and 3 hours, 5 minutes of run time.

PrepX DNA Library Kits

The PrepX™ DNA Library kits were the first series of IntegenX’s DNA library preparation kits developed for Illumina® sequencing. The PrepX DNA Library Kit provides the flexibility to prepare 1 to 8 libraries, and the PrepX 32 DNA Library Kit allows you to prepare 4 to 32 libraries with a complete walk-away automation on the Apollo 324™ System.

This first series of PrepX DNA Library Kits have been replaced with the improved PrepX ILM DNA Kits above since May 1, 2013.

RNA-Seq Libraries

PrepX RNA-Seq Sample and Library Preparation Kits

PrepX RNA-Seq sample and library preparation kits enable the preparation of high-quality directional libraries from 10 ng of total RNA in a single work day. Start with total RNA, and choose between the polyA mRNA isolation and ribo-depletion protocols on the Apollo 324 System. The isolated mRNA is ready for QC or can be directly used for directional library preparation using the PrepX mRNA library preparation protocols. Each run takes 15 to 20 minutes of hands-on time to set up, then press RNA and walk away. The Apollo 324 provides a complete walk-away automation of the tedious library preparation process for RNA-Seq and transcriptome studies.

To automate polyA mRNA isolation and library preparation, use the PrepX PolyA mRNA Isolation Kit for mRNA isolation and follow with one of the PrepX RNA-Seq Library Kits for directional RNA-seq library preparation. We have designed two throughput modes (1 to 8 samples per run and 6 to 48 samples per run) so just choose the protocol that suits your throughput needs. Our automated protocol for ribo-depletion processes 1 to 8 samples in 1.5 hour run time and works with all of Epicentre’s Ribo-Zero magnetic kits.

PrepX PolyA mRNA Isolation Kit (NEW)

The PrepX PolyA mRNA Isolation Kit provides complete walk-away automation of polyA mRNA isolation from total RNA. With 15 minutes of hands-on time and 40 minutes of run time, you can generate 1 to 8 DNA libraries on the Apollo 324 System using our PrepX PolyA protocol. For higher throughput, use the PrepX PolyA 48 protocol to prepare 6 to 48 libraries with 30 minutes of hands-on time and 3 hours, 15 minutes of run time. The output polyA mRNA samples can be then processed in RNA-Seq libraries using one of our PrepX mRNA library protocols. Order the same kit PrepX PolyA mRNA Isolation kit for use with either PrepX PolyA protocol.

Ribo-Depletion Protocol (NEW)

Our automated ribo-depletion protoocl is designed to alleviate the tedious manual process of ribosomal RNA removal for a streamlined RNA-seq library preparation automation. With 15 minutes of hands-on time and 1.5 hour run time, you can generate 1 to 8 DNA ribo-depleted RNA samples on the Apollo 324 System using any of the Epicentre’s Ribo-Zero magnetic kits. The output ribo-depleted RNA samples can be then processed in RNA-Seq libraries using one of our PrepX mRNA library protocols.

PrepX RNA-Seq Library Kits (NEW)

The PrepX RNA-Seq Library Preparation Kits provide complete walk-away automation of strand-specific RNA-seq library for all Illumina sequencers from as little as 100 pg of polyA mRNA. With 15 minutes of hands-on time and 5 hours, 30 minutes of run time, you can generate 1 to 8 DNA libraries on the Apollo 324 System using our PrepX mRNA protocl. For higher throughput, use the PrepX mRNA 48 protocol to prepare 6 to 48 libraries with 30 minutes of hands-on time and 6 hours of run time.

PrepX SPIA RNA-Seq Library Kit

The PrepX™ SPIA® RNA-Seq Library kit provides a complete walk-away automation of the tedious manual process of cDNA preparation from total RNA. Co-developed with Nugen Technologies Inc., the PrepX SPIA® RNA-Seq Library kit gives you the flexibility to generate 1 to 8 cDNA products on the Apollo 324™ System with 15 minutes of hands-on time. The purified cDNA products can be processed into DNA libraries for sequencing on Illumina, Ion Torrent PGM or 454-Roche sequencers using one of IntegenX’s PrepX DNA Library kits and their supporting protocols.

ChIP-Seq Libraries
